Wee Care Daycare’s Drop-In Centre is designed to meet the needs of busy families that will benefit from a flexible childcare program.
The Drop-In Program was designed with the same high-quality child care our Full-Time program is known for, and created using the same Child First ideals that makes us unique and caring.
Wee Care Daycare Drop-In childcare program offers (2) two rooms and shares the (4) four playgrounds with the Full-time childcare program.

Through play and daily routines, children will be provided with opportunities to explore, experience, and succeed in their development and future.

Wee Care Day Care & Drop-In Centre is a fully licensed and insured childcare program here in the heart of Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Your child will get the same love and attention as our full-time services and memberships
​Members can choose to book full days or half days. Children can be dropped off or picked up anytime during the time slot chosen.
​
We have set hours and windows for drop in to allow flexibility for families when they need it.
From Half Days (5) Hours to a full Days (10) hours a day
Drop-In Services gives Wee Care Daycare and its families the option for flexibility instead of requiring them to enroll in Full-time child care.
Wee Care's Drop-In Childcare allows this service for childcare for children aged 12 Months to Grade 1 Entry (approx. 5-6 years of age)

Wee Care does have restrictions on how many of each age, we can have in the Drop-In program, as we must abide by legislative requirements, and have done our best to ensure we have the right child to educator ratio.
Step 1
Family subscribes to Wee Care Daycare Drop-In Centre
All Subscriptions are subject to a 1 time $25.00 non refundable Registration Fee

Step 2
Wee Care Daycare & Drop-In Centre will be notified of a new registration. This notification will come via email to director@weecaregp.com
Members will then be given access to Policies, Procedures, and Agreements in an emailed PDF of the Policies & Procedures will be sent through a secure PDF Portal known as PandaDoc.
This document must be e-signed by every member and retained on Account by our Administration staff.

Once Step 2 is completed in the Member Sign up Process:
Wee Care will review and all documents will be processed.
Contact will be made if there are any questions or concerns.

The 1 time Registration Fee invoice will be sent to you, and then you will be given access to:
1. Pricing Plans to purchase Punch passes
2. Booking Calendar
All forms must be signed before Member can use the facility for first drop off.

Step 3
Once Step 2 is verified by Wee Care as complete, membership is fully activated:​
Days can be booked either:
Half- Days or Full-Days
Immediate payment will be required for each daily booking : requested:

Half-day Childcare or

Full- day Childcare

Payment is taken via credit card through the website.
​
We offer price plans as "punch cards" in increments of :
5, 10, and 15 at a slightly discounted use, that can be purchased.
You can use your punch pass for your daily fee, and you will see the countdown shown in your checkout.

Use of the Drop-In Centre facility can be cancelled with 30 notice by emailing Wee Care Daycare & Drop In Centre directly at:

Wee Care Daycare Drop-In Centre’s membership daily costs are processed in 2 parts:
​
1. By age range- limited space available for 12m to 18m to be compliant with regulations
​
2. By either : Half Day or Full Day

Full Day - 10 Hours:
7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Half Day - 5 Hours
7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
or
12:30 PM - 5:30 PM
12m to 18m:

19m to 25m:

3 years to Kindergarten approx. 5-6 years:
